By subscribing to or using Eature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use our content.

- No payment required

**Premium Subscriptions**

- Paid tier: detailed planning guides (The Season, The Itinerary, The Moment)

- Subscription price: $120/year (or current rate at time of purchase)

- Payment processed by Substack via Stripe

- Auto-renewal unless cancelled

- Cancel anytime via account settings

**Cancellation & Refund Policy**

- Cancel anytime through Substack account settings

- Access continues through end of paid period

- No partial refunds for early cancellation (standard for subscriptions)

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

**Copyright**

All Eature content (including text, photographs, graphics, and designs) is copyrighted.

**Permitted Use**

You may:

- Read and enjoy content for personal use

- Share links to guides with others

- Quote brief excerpts with attribution

You may NOT:

- Reproduce, copy, or republish substantial portions

- Use content for commercial purposes

- Remove copyright notices or attribution

- Create derivative works without permission

7. USER CONDUCT
